Pohon kehidupan atau pohon kehidupan universal adalah sebuah kiasan, model dan alat riset yang dipakai untuk menejlaskan evolusi kehidupan dan mendeskripsikan hubungan antar organisme, baik yang masih hidup dan yang telah punah. Model tersebut dipakai dalam On the Origin of Species (1859) karya Charles Darwin.[2]
