William DeWolf Hopper Jr. (26 Januari 1915 – 6 Maret 1970) adalah aktor panggung dan film dan televisi berkebangsaan Amerika Serikat. Sebagai putera satu-satunya dari aktri Hollywood Hedda Hopper, dia lebih banyak tampil dalam peran minor di lebih dari 80 films pada dasawarsa 1930-an sampai 1940-an. Setelah berdinas di Angkatan Udara Amerika Serikat selama Perang Dunia II, dia meninggalkan dunia keaktoran, tetapi pada pertengahan 1950-an, dia dibujuk oleh sutradara William Wellman untuk melanjutkan karier filmnya. Dia dikenal melalui karya-karyanya di kancah pertelevisian, sebagai detektif pribadi Paul Drake dalam serial panjang di kanal CBS berjudul Perry Mason.
