Wakil Presiden Guatemala adalah jabatan politik di Guatemala yang sejak tahun 1966 dipilih secara bersamaan dengan jabatan Presiden Guatemala. Wakil Presiden saat ini adalah Guillermo Castillo Reyes.

Wakil Presiden haruslah seorang warga negara Guatemala yang berusia di atas 40 tahun.^[2]

The President and Vice President of the Republic shall be elected by the people for a non-extendable period of four years, by universal and secret suffrage. The person who exercises the Presidency or Vice Presidency of the Republic when the election for said office is made, or who has exercised it during any time during the presidential period in which the elections are held. Article 187.- The person who has served for any time the office of President of the Republic by popular election, or who has exercised for more than two years in substitution of the owner, may not return to play in any case. The reelection or prolongation of the presidential period by any means, are punishable in accordance with the law. The mandate that is intended to be exercised will be null.
