Sarah Levy (lahir 10 September, 1986) adalah seorang aktris Kanada yang paling dikenal karena perannya sebagai Twyla Sands dalam serial Schitt's Creek.[1]
Kehidupan Awal
[sunting | sunting sumber]Levy adalah putri dari aktor Eugene Levy dan Deborah Divine. Saudaranya adalah aktor Dan Levy.[2] Ia lulus dari Branksome Hall[1] dan menempuh studi teater di Dalhousie University.[1] Ayahnya beragama Yahudi Yahudi dan ibunya beragama Protestan.[3][4]
Karier
[sunting | sunting sumber]Salah satu peran film awal Levy adalah dalam Larry Crowne.[1] Dia juga memiliki peran kecil dalam Cheaper by the Dozen 2 karya Adam Shankman, di mana ayahnya juga berperan dalam film tersebut.[5]
Peran penting Levy adalah menjadi Twyla Sands dalam Schitt's Creek,[6] di mana dia beradu akting dengan ayahnya dan saudaranya[7] sebagai pelayan di kafe lokal.[8] Menurut saudaranya, bekerja bersama membuat keluarga menjadi lebih dekat.[7] Pada 2020, dilaporkan bahwa Levy bergabung dengan pemeran Distancing Socially, yang syutingnya dilakukan pada puncak pandemi COVID-19 pandemic pada 2020, menggunakan teknologi jarak jauh dan iPhone 11. Film ini dibeli dan dirilis oleh Cinedigm pada Oktober 2021.[9]
