Richard dari Inggris disebut juga Richard dari Cornwall (5 Januari 1209 di Winchester – 2 April 1272 di Berkhamsted), merupakan putra kedua raja John dari Inggris dan Isabelle d'Angoulême. Ia juga merupakan Earl Cornwall pertama dan Raja Jerman (dari tahun 1257). Ia adalah salah satu orang terkaya di Eropa dan bergabung dengan Perang Salib Baron, di mana ia sukses sebagai perantara untuk pembebasan tahanan dan membantu pembangunan benteng di Ashkelon.
