Pengepungan Louisbourg merupakan sebuah operasi penting dari Perang Tujuh Tahun (dikenal di Amerika Serikat sebagai Perang Prancis dan Indian) pada 1758 yang mengakhiri era kolonial Prancis di Kanada Atlantik dan mengakibatkan kampanye Britania berikutnya untuk merebut Quebec pada 1759 dan sisa Prancis Baru tahun berikutnya.
