Orang Kernowyon merupakan sebuah kelompok etnik yang aslinya berasal dari Cornwall, Inggris[14]. Orang-orang ini adalah orang Keltik yang berbicara bahasa Kernowek hingga abad kedelapan belas dan menggunakannya kembali sejak abad kedua puluh, meskipun secara minoritas. Pada survei tahun 2004, 35% orang menganggap diri mereka orang Kernowyon (sekitar 181.000 orang)[15].
