Mary Eno Pinchot Meyer (/ˈmaɪ.ər/; 14 Oktober 1920 – 12 Oktober 1964) adalah seorang pelukis Amerika Serikat yang tinggal di Washington D.C. Ia menikahi Cord Meyer dari 1945 sampai 1958. Ia terlibat hubungan percintaan dengan Presiden John F. Kennedy setelah perceraiannya dari Meyer.
Meyer dibunuh di Chesapeake & Ohio Canal, Washington, D.C., pada 12 Oktober 1964. Seorang tersangka, Ray Crump Jr., ditangkap dan didakwa atas dakwaan pembunuhan namun dibebaskan. Bermula pada 1976, kehidupan Meyer, hubungannya dengan Kennedy, dan pembunuhannya menjadi tema dari sejumlah artikel dan buku, termasuk biografi lengkap buatan wartawati Nina Burleigh.
