Ludwig Stumpfegger (11 Juli 1910 – 2 Mei 1945) adalah seorang dokter Jerman yang bertugas dalam SS Jerman Nazi pada Perang Dunia II. Ia merupakan dokter bedah pribadi Adolf Hitler dari 1944 sampai 1945. Stumpfegger hadir di Führerbunker di Berlin pada akhir April 1945.
