Musim Liga Isthmian 2019-20 adalah musim ke-105 Liga Isthmian, yang merupakan kompetisi sepakbola Inggris yang menampilkan klub-klub semi-profesional dan amatir dari London, Inggris Timur dan Tenggara. Ini adalah musim kedua yang terdiri dari empat divisi setelah liga mereorganisasi mantan Divisi Selatan menjadi divisi Selatan Tengah dan Tenggara yang baru.
