Kim Chang Wan (lahir 22 Februari 1954) adalah seorang penyanyi rock, komponis, musisi, pemeran, pemandu acara TV, DJ radio, penulis, dan penyair asal Korea Selatan.

Kim Chang-wan, bersama dengan adik-adiknya Kim Chang-hoon dad Kim Chang-ik, mulai mengkomposisikan musik pada pertengahan masa remaja mereka, dan membentuk band Mui saat mereka menjadi murid kolese.
