Kepolisian Daerah Papua Barat Daya disingkat Polda Papua Barat Daya adalah pelaksana tugas Kepolisian RI di wilayah Provinsi Papua Barat Daya. Polda Papua Barat Daya resmi berdiri pada tahun 2024. Polda ini tergolong tipe B, yang dipimpin oleh Kepala Kepolisian Daerah berpangkat Brigadir Jenderal Polisi.
Wilayah hukum Polda Papua Barat Daya dulunya masih bergabung dalam wilayah hukum Polda Papua Barat dan akhirnya dimekarkan menjadi Polda baru pada tanggal 11 November 2024.
Kantor sementara Polda Papua Barat Daya terletak di Gedung Fakultas Teknik Pertambangan Universitas Papua yang tidak di gunakan yang terletak di Jalan Sandiwon, Kabupaten Sorong.
Polda Papua Barat Daya menaungi 6 wilayah hukum. 6 wilayah hukum tersebut mencakup 1 Polresta dan 5 Polres, yakni Polresta Sorong Kota, Polres Maybrat, Polres Raja Ampat, Polres Sorong, Polres Sorong Selatan dan Polres Tambrauw.
