Justin Paul Theroux (/θəˈroʊ/ thə-ROH;[1] lahir 10 Agustus 1971)[2] adalah seorang aktor dan pembuat film Amerika. Ia mendapatkan pengakuan atas kolaborasinya dengan David Lynch dalam film-film seni surealis Mulholland Drive (2001) dan Inland Empire (2006). Dia juga muncul dalam film seperti Romy and Michele's High School Reunion (1997), American Psycho (2000), Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle (2003), Strangers with Candy (2005), Miami Vice (2006), Wanderlust (2012), The Girl on the Train (2016), The Spy Who Dumped Me (2018), On the Basis of Sex (2018), Bumblebee (2018), Lady and the Tramp (2019), dan Beetlejuice Beetlejuice (2024).
Theroux adalah penulis skenario untuk film-film seperti komedi aksi Tropic Thunder (2008), film superhero Iron Man 2 (2010), dan drama komedi musikal Rock of Ages (2012). Ia memulai debut penyutradaraannya dengan film komedi romantis Dedication (2007).
Theroux berperan sebagai Kevin Garvey dalam serial drama misteri HBO The Leftovers (2014–2017), yang mana dia menerima pujian luas dan dinominasikan untuk Critics' Choice Television Award untuk Aktor Terbaik dalam Serial Drama.
