Jan Sterling (nee Jane Sterling Adriance; 3 April 1921 – 26 Maret 2004) adalah seorang aktris film, televisi dan panggung asal Amerika. Dia aktif dalam industri perfilman selama dekade 1950-an (tepat sebelum dia bergabung dengan Actors Studio).^[1] Sterling menerima penghargaan Golden Globe Award untuk aktris pendukung terbaik pada performanya di The High and the Mighty (1954), dan mendapat nominasi Academy Award untuk Aktris Pendukung Terbaik. Penampilan terbaiknya muncul saat beradu peran dengan Kirk Douglas, di film Ace in the Hole. Meskipun karirnya menurun selama tahun 1960-an, dia terus memainkan peran televisi dan teater sesekali.
