Jalur Utama Chūō (中央本線code: ja is deprecated , Chūō-honsen), umumnya hanya disebut Jalur Chūō, adalah salah satu jalur kereta api utama yang dioperasikan oleh JR di Jepang. Jalur ini menghubungkan Tokyo dan Nagoya lewat bagian tengah dari Pulau Honshu, meskipun jalur ini merupakan jalur paling lambat di antara dua kota tersebut (Tōkaidō Shinkansen jauh lebih cepat).
