Badan Sistem Referensi dan Rotasi Bumi Internasional (International Earth Rotation and Reference Systems Service; IERS) adalah badan yang bertanggung jawab dalam menjaga standar waktu global dan frame of reference, khususnya melalui kelompok Earth Orientation Parameter (EOP) dan International Celestial Reference System (ICRS) miliknya. Salah satu fungsi IERS adalah mengumumkan detik kabisat.
Organisasi ini dulunya dikenal dengan nama International Earth Rotation Service hingga 2 April 2002, saat namanya diganti menjadi seperti yang saat ini. Singkatan IERS tetap dipertahankan.
Sub-bureau for Rapid Service and Predictions of Earth Orientation Parameters milik IERS yang terletak di United States Naval Observatory, memonitor rotasi Bumi.
