Complex instruction set computer (CISC; "komputer set petunjuk kompleks") ialah instruction set architecture (ISA) prosesor mikro di mana tiap instruksi bisa menjalankan beberapa operasi tingkat rendah, seperti pemuatan dari memori, operasi aritmatika, dan penyimpanan memori, semuanya dalam instruksi tunggal. Istilah itu diciptakan berbeda dengan reduced instruction set computer (RISC).
