Terry Jacks (lahir 29 Maret 1944) adalah seorang penyanyi, pengarang lagu dan produser rekaman berkebangsaan Kanada. Dia menjadi yang terkenal saat menyanyikan lagu-lagu utamanya seperti "I'm Gonna Capture You", "Concrete Sea", "I'm Gonna Love You Too", "Seasons in the Sun", "Rock and Roll (I Gave You the Best Years of My Life)", "Y' Don't Fight the Sea", dan "Hey Country Girl". Dia dilahirkan di Winnipeg, Manitoba, Kanada. Berkarir di dunia musik sejak tahun 1970.
