Ferdinand Victor Eugène Delacroix (26 April 1798 – 13 Agustus 1863) adalah seorang pelukis berkebangsaan Prancis.
Delacroix adalah salah satu pelukis terpenting aliran romantisisme di Prancis, kebiasaannya menggunakan caman sikat dan studinya pada efek optis warna membentuk kerja impresionisme.
Kawan dan pewaris spiritual Jean Louis Théodore Géricault, Delacroix mulai melukis setelah melihat Rakit Medusa karya Theodore Gericault .
Lukisan berikutnya yang ia gambar adalah Pembantaian di Chios ("Massacre at Chios") dan Kematian Sardanapalus. Karyanya yang paling terkenal adalah Kemerdekaan Memimpin Rakyat, yang diilhami dari peristiwa Revolusi Juli 1830. Sekarang karya ini bisa disaksikan di Museum Louvre.
Saingan Delacroix adalah Jean-Auguste-Dominique Ingres, protagonis neoklasik asal Prancis.
