Élie Doté (lahir 1947?) adalah Kepala Pemerintahan Republik Afrika Tengah atau Perdana Menteri Republik Afrika Tengah saat ini. Lahir di Bangui, ia diangkat Presiden François Bozizé pada 13 Juni 2005. Ia seorang kompetitor untuk posisi Direktur Bank Komersial Commercial Bank of Central Africa Théodore Dabanga. Due to Mr Doté's long time abroad, he was at the time of appointment largely unknown in CAR, even among the politicians in the country.
He has a doctorate degree in rural economy and worked at the Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Ministry from 1974 to 1980 before becoming an expert at the African Development Bank (ADB).
At the ADB, he held various portfolios within the agro-economic field. His last post was that of chief of agriculture and rural development since 1 August 2001.
Doté menikah dan tampil sebagai seorang ayah dari enam anaknya.
