Cecil John Rhodes (5 Juli 1853 – 26 Maret 1902) adalah seorang pengusaha asal Inggris dan bapak pendiri Rhodesia (dinamai seturut nama keluarganya). Rhodes meraup keuntungan yang sangat besar dari sektor pertambangan di Afrika bagian selatan. Sebagian keuntungan tersebut digunakan untuk membentuk Beasiswa Rhodes.
