Philippe yang Berani (Prancis: Philippe le Hardi, Belanda: Filips de Stoute; 17 Januari 1342 – 27 April 1404, Halle) adalah Adipati Bourgogne (sebagai Philippe II) dan jure uxoris Count Flandria (sebagai Philippe II), Artois dan Bourgogne (sebagai Philippe IV). Ia merupakan anak bungsu Raja Jean II dari Perancis dan istrinya Bonne dari Luksemburg.[1] Philippe adalah pendiri Wangsa Valois-Bourgogne. Wilayah yang ia peroleh pada masa jabatannya membuat penerusnya menjadi saingan berat Raja Perancis.
