Martin Fitzgerald Lawrence (lahir 16 April 1965) merupakan seorang aktor, komedian, sutradara, dan produser berkebangsaan Amerika Serikat. Dia menjadi terkenal saat bermain di film utamanya seperti Boomerang (1992), Bad Boys (1995), Nothing To Lose (1997), Blue Streak (1999), Life (1999), Big Momma's House (2000) dam Bad Boys 2 (2003).
