Irene Papas atau Pappas (bahasa Yunani: Ειρήνη Παππά, translit. Eiríni Pappá, IPA: [iˈrini paˈpa]; nama lahir Irene Lelekou bahasa Yunani: Ειρήνη Λελέκου, translit. Eiríni Lelékou; 3 September 1929 – 14 September 2022)[3][4][5][6][7] adalah aktris dan penyanyi Yunani yang membintangi lebih dari 70 film sepanjang kariernya selama lebih dari 50 tahun. Ia diakui secara internasional melalui film seperti The Guns of Navarone (1961), Zorba the Greek (1964), dan Z (1969). Ia juga berperan di sejumlah film seperti Antigone (1961), Electra (1962), The Trojan Women (1971), dan Iphigenia (1977).
Irene meraih penghargaan Aktris Terbaik di Festival Film Internasional Berlin lewat film Antigone dan di National Board of Review lewat film The Trojan Women. Penghargaan yang diraihnya termasuk Golden Arrow Award pada tahun 1993 di Festival Film Internasional Hamptons, dan Penghargaan Singa Emas pada tahun 2009 di Biennale Venice.
