Heather Matarazzo (lahir 10 November 1982)[1] adalah seorang aktris asal Amerika Serikat. Ia dikenal karena memerankan Lilly Moscovitz dalam The Princess Diaries (2001) dan sekuelnya pada tahun 2004, serta Martha Meeks dalam Scream 3 (2000) dan Scream (2022). Matarazzo memulai debut filmnya pada usia 12 tahun dalam Welcome to the Dollhouse (1995), dan meraih Independent Spirit Award atas perannya sebagai Dawn Wiener. Karya-karyanya yang lain antara lain The Devil's Advocate (1997), All I Wanna Do (1998), 54 (1998), Sorority Boys (2002), Saved! (2004) dan Sisters (2015).

Di luar film, Matarazzo memerankan Heather Wiseman dalam serial CBS, Now and Again (1999–2000), dan memiliki peran berulang dalam Roseanne (1997), Exes & Ohs (2006–2009), dan The L Word (2007). Ibu kandung Matarazzo adalah orang Irlandia-Amerika,[2] sementara ayah kandungnya berasal dari Irlandia, dari kota Knock, County Mayo.[3] Ia diadopsi dan dibesarkan oleh keluarga Matarazzo, keluarga Italia-Amerika.[2] Ia dibesarkan di Oyster Bay, New York.[4]

Pada tahun 2004, di usia 21 tahun, Matarazzo mengaku sebagai lesbian dalam sebuah artikel di New York Daily News, dan kemudian diprofilkan dalam sebuah artikel di edisi Oktober 2004 The Advocate.[5] Pada 31 Juli 2008, humas Matarazzo mengumumkan bahwa Matarazzo bertunangan dengan musisi Caroline Murphy.[6] Pada tahun 2012, outlet berita media populer mengumumkan bahwa Matarazzo dan Murphy telah berpisah secara damai.[7] Matarazzo menikah dengan komedian Heather Turman pada tahun 2018.[8]

Matarazzo mendukung dan secara aktif berkampanye untuk Senator Bernie Sanders untuk Presiden dalam pemilihan presiden Amerika Serikat tahun 2016.[9]
