Fulbert dari Chartres (Prancis: Fulbert de Chartres; 952-970–10 April 1028) merupakan seorang uskup Chartres dari tahun 1006 hingga 1028 dan seorang guru di sekolah Katedral di sana. Fulbert adalah murid Gerbert d'Aurillac, yang kemudian menjadi Paus Silvester II.
