Daytona 500 merupakan acara balap NASCAR Sprint Cup Series tahunan yang digelar di Daytona International Speedway pada tanggal 26 Februari 2012. Balapan ini merupakan balapan pembuka musim NASCAR 2012. Dikarenakan pada hari Minggu tanggal 26 Februari tersebut kondisi cuaca di Daytona hujan, maka balapan ditunda menjadi hari Senin waktu setempat. Pembalap Matt Kenseth memenangi balapan ini.
