Charles Julius Guiteau (/ɡɪˈtoʊ/; 8 September 1841 – 30 Juni 1882) adalah seorang penulis dan pengacara Amerika yang didakwa atas pembunuhan James A. Garfield, Presiden Amerika Serikat ke-20. Guiteau menembaknya di Stasiun Kereta Api Baltimore dan Potomac di Washington, D.C. pada 2 Juli 1881. Garfield wafat dua bulan kemudian karena infeksi yang berkaitan dengan luka tersebut. Pada Januari 1882, Guiteau dihukum mati atas kejahatan tersebut, dan digantung lima bulan kemudian.
