Sir Charles Norton Edgecumbe Eliot, GCMG, PC (8 Januari 1862 – 16 Maret 1931) adalah diplomat kesatria, administrator kolonial dan botanis Britania. Ia menjabat sebagai Komisioner Britania Afrika Timur pada 1900–1904. Ia adalah Duta Besar Britania Ambassador untuk Jepang pada 1919–1925.

Ia juga dikenal sebagai malakologis dan ahli biologi kelautan. Namanya diabadikan sebagai nama spesies bernama Chelidonura varians Eliot, 1903.
