Cekungan Foxe adalah sebuah cekungan samudra dangkal di utara Teluk Hudson, Nunavut, Kanada, yang terletak di antara Pulau Baffin dan Semenanjung Melville. Sepanjang sebagian besar tahun, cekungan tersebut diblok oleh es laut (fast ice) dan hanyutan es yang terdiri dari berbagai es apung.

Cekungan tersebut mengambil nama dari penjelajah Inggris Luke Foxe yang memasuki bagian hilirnya pada 1631.
