Ballroom e Yōkoso (Jepang: ボールルームへようこそ, Hepburn: Bōrurūmu e Yōkoso), yang dirilis dalam bahasa Inggris berjudul Welcome to the Ballroom, adalah seri manga Jepang yang ditulis dan diilustrasikan oleh Tomo Takeuchi. Ini menceritakan kisah prototipe seorang pemuda Jepang tanpa tujuan bernama Tatara Fujita, setelah pertemuan yang serba kebetulan, ia akhirnya terjun ke dunia tarian. Serial ini dilisensikan di Amerika Utara oleh Kodansha Comics.[3] Sebuahadaptasi serial televisi anime oleh Production I.G ditayangkan perdana pada 8 Juli 2017, dengan Amazon Video secara eksklusif menyiarkan serial tersebut di seluruh dunia.[a]

Alur cerita[sunting | sunting sumber]

Siswa sekolah menengah tahun ketiga Tatara Fujita adalah seorang pria yang tidak memiliki rencana untuk masa depan atau mimpinya, tetapi mencoba untuk menemukan sesuatu yang dapat dia kejar sepanjang hidupnya. Dengan dia ditindas dan diperas, dia diselamatkan dari kenakalan oleh seorang pria bernama Kaname Sengoku, seorang instruktur tari sepeda motor. Tatara dimasukkan ke dalam Studio Tari Ogasawara di mana ia ditunjukkan tari-tari dunia.
