Alessandro Algardi (31 Juli 1598 – 10 Juni 1654) adalah seorang pematung dan arsitek asal Italia, yang menjadi seniman penting bagi Paus Innocent X. Ia lahir di Bologna dan menerima pelatihan dengan Lodovico Carraci. Sekitar tahun 1625, Alessandro menetap di Roma dan terpilih menjadi kepala Akademi St. Lukas pada tahun 1639.

Ketika Paus Innocent X bertahta, Alessandro menggantikan Giovanni Bernini sebagai pemimpin seniman barok.
