Academy Awards ke-94 yang dipersembahkan oleh Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMPAS), akan menghormati films yang dirilis antara 1 Maret dan 31 Desember 2021, dan dijadwalkan berlangsung di Dolby Theatre di Hollywood, Los Angeles, California, pada 27 Maret 2022,[3][4] dipandu oleh Amy Schumer, Wanda Sykes dan Regina Hall.[5] Daftar pendek film untuk memperebutkan nominasi dalam sepuluh kategori diumumkan pada 21 Desember 2021.[6] Nominasi diumumkan pada 8 Februari 2022, oleh aktor Tracee Ellis Ross dan Leslie Jordan.[7] Kali ini akan menjadi pertama kalinya sejak Academy Awards ke-83 pada tahun 2011 di mana upacara tersebut akan menampilkan banyak pembawa acara.[8]
