Sintase alkilgliseron fosfat (EC 2.5.1.26, sintase alkildihidroksiasetonfosfat, sintetase alkildihidroksiaseton fosfat, sintetase alkil DHAP, alkil-DHAP, asiltransferase dihidroksiaseton-fosfat, DHAP-AT) adalah enzim yang terkait dengan Rhizomelic chondrodysplasia punctata tipe 3.[1][2] Enzim ini mengkatalisis reaksi kimia berikut
- 1-asil-gliseron 3-fosfat + alkohol rantai panjang alkil-gliseron 3-fosfat + anion asam rantai panjang
