Thomas Andrew Felton (lahir di London, Inggris, 22 September 1987; umur 25 tahun) merupakan seorang aktor berkebangsaan Inggris. Dia dilahirkan di Kensington, Inggris, dia dibesarkan di Surrey bersama ibunya, Sharon, ayahnya, Peter, dan tiga abangnya, Jonathan, Chris, dan Ashley. Pada usianya yang ke-11 tahun dia pertama kali bekerja di bidang perikanan di Dorking. Felton disekolahkan di Sekolah West Horsley's Cranmore (sekolah lelaki) sampai berusia 13 tahun.
