Total Nonstop Action (TNA) Wrestling[9] adalah salah satu perusahaan gulat di Amerika yang masih aktif selain WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment).
TNA Wrestling ditemukan oleh Jeff Jarrett (Mantan pegulat WWF (Sekarang WWE).Awalnya konsep TNA Wrestling dibicarakan sebagai omongan santai sewaktu Jeff Jarrett, Jerry Jarrett (Ayah Jeff) dan seorang rekan.
Mereka membahas bahwa sekarang WWF(sekarang WWE) adalah satu-satunya perusahaan gulat yang masih aktif di Amerika setelah WWE mengakuisisi WCW (World Championship Wrestling) dan ECW (Extreme Championship Wrestling) pada tahun 2001.
Namun, Jeff Jarrett sangat serius dengan pembahasan tentang konsep gulat tersebut. Dan akhirnya Jeff bertekad untuk memulai perusahaan gulat tersebut.
