Selat Drake merupakan nama selat yang terletak di Amerika Selatan, tepatnya di Tanjung Horn, dan Kepulauan Shetland Selatan di Antartika. Letaknya sebagian terletak di Samudra Atlantik. Nama ini ditemukan pada abad ke-16 oleh keamanan Inggris, Sir Francis Drake.

Selat ini memiliki ketinggian sebesar 10 meter.
