Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA) adalah sebuah organisasi amal di Inggris dan Wales yang mengalakkan kesejahteraan hewan. Pada 2009 RSPCA telah menyelidiki 141,280 kejadian kekerasan, menyelidiki, serta menyelamatkan 135,293 hewan. Organisasi kesejahteraan hewan ini merupakan yang pertama dan terbesar di dunia^[1] serta merupakan salah satu pengamal terbesar di Inggris.

Kinerja organisasi amal ini telah menjadi inspirasi berdirinya beberapa organisasi yang sama di negara lain, dimulai dari Ulster Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals di Irlandia Utara, Scottish Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (Scottish SPCA atau SSPCA), Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Australia, Royal New Zealand Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RNZSPCA), dan American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
