Robert Jeffrey Art adalah Dosen Hubungan Internasional Christian A. Herter di Universitas Brandeis[1][2] dan anggota MIT Center for International Studies.[3] Ia meneliti teori neorealisme yang berpendapat bahwa militer masih menjadi dasar struktur kekuasaan di dunia modern.[4] Ia adalah anggota Council on Foreign Relations.[5]
