Region Aisén (bahasa Spanyol: XI Región Aisén del General Carlos Ibáñez del Campo) adalah salah satu dari pembagian administratif Chili. Taman Nasional Laguna San Rafael merupakan salah satu tujuan wisata terkenal di wilayah ini dan hanya dapat dicapai dengan kapal atau pesawat.
