Waduh, waduh, ini artikel mau saya rubah banyak, ya? Kayaknya agak parah ini; selain kurang jelas (kurang specific), dan ada hal-hal yang bercampur dengan dewan komisaris. Bisa berabe perusahaan kalau ada yg bertumpu pada artikel ini. Oke lah, mungkin tidak terlalu jelek (paling tidak ada yang mau menulisnya di wikipedia, jadi saya ucapkan makasih) tapi coba saya perbagus dikit.
