Pembantaian Nanking (Hanzi sederhana: 南京大屠杀; Hanzi tradisional: 南京大屠殺; Pinyin: Nánjīng Dàtúshā), juga dikenal sebagai Pemerkosaan Nanking, adalah satu perisitwa kejahatan perang berbentuk Genosida yang dilakukan oleh tentara Jepang di Nanjing yang ketika itu ibu kota Republik Cina, setelah kecundang di tangan Tentara Kekaisaran Jepang pada 13 Desember 1937. Durasi pembantaian ini tidak begitu jelas, namun kekerasan senantiasa selama enam minggu, sehingga awal Februari 1938.
