Betty Smith, MBE (lahir di Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire, Inggris, Britania Raya, 11 Desember 1921; umur 91 tahun) yang lebih dikenal sebagai Liz Smith adalah aktris asal Inggris. Ia dikenal sejak berperan dalam sitkom The Vicar of Dibley and The Royle Family. Ia juga berperan dalam film Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
