Liga Inggris Divisi Satu musim 1991-92 adalah liga divisi teratas terakhir dengan format kompetisi sistem liga di Inggris sejak pertama kali dibentuk sejak musim 1892-93. Mulai musim 1992-93 tingkat teratas liga sepak bola di Inggris akan dinamakan Liga Utama Inggris (Inggris: Premier League).

Leeds United adalah juara terakhir sebelum menjadi Liga Primer. Pada tanggal 26 April 1992, Leeds mengalahkan Sheffield United 3-2 di Bramall Lane dan pada saat yang sama saingan meraka Manchester United kalah 2-0 dari Liverpool di Anfield, dan memastikan Leeds sebagai juara liga.
