Jan Hillebrand Wijsmuller

Jan Hillebrand Wijsmuller (13 Februari 1855 – 23 Mei 1925) adalah seorang pelukis Belanda. Dia termasuk dalam "The 2. Golden Age of Dutch Painting".^[1]

Dia adalah seorang impresionis dari Sekolah Allebé, lebih dikenal sebagai Impresionisme Amsterdam, bagian dari gerakan internasional Impresionisme.^[2]^[3] Dari sudut pandang sejarah seni, dia adalah salah satu dari generasi ke-2 Sekolah Den Haag. Dia juga menggunakan palet warna cerah dari kaum Impresionis Prancis – tetapi dari sudut pandang orang Belanda.
