James Francis Byrnes (US /ˈbɜːrnz/; 2 Mei 1882 – 9 April 1972) adalah seorang politisi Amerika dari negara bagian Carolina Selatan. Selama kariernya, Byrnes menjabat sebagai Representatif A.S.
