Hill Harper (lahir Francis Harper; 17 Mei 1966) merupakan seorang aktor berkebangsaan Amerika Serikat. Film pertamanya ialah Married...with Children. Dia dilahirkan di Iowa City, Iowa. Dia berkarier di dunia film sejak tahun 1994.
