Daniel Michael DeVito, Jr. (lahir di Neptune, New Jersey, Amerika Serikat, 17 November 1944; umur 68 tahun) adalah seorang pemeran dan sutradara berkebangsaan Amerika Serikat yang memenangkan nominasi Oscar dan Emmy Award. Dia berkarier di dunia film sejak tahun 1973.
