Owner: Israel Defense Forces (IDF). I (SlimVirgin) wrote to the IDF in 2005 to ask them to confirm that the image had been released, but they did not respond. Because the status of the image can't be confirmed, I'm claiming fair use.

Rationale for use in Abu Nidal[sunting | sunting sumber]
- No free licence version is available, and there is no way to obtain one.
- We have no reason to believe the Israeli government would object.
- The image is iconic and widely available.
- It has no monetary value that would be affected by our use of it.
- It is being used to illustrate an article about the subject.
- It significantly enhances the readers' appreciation of the subject and the article would be the poorer without it.
