Baldwin I (Juli 1172 – c. 1205) adalah kaisar pertama Kekaisaran Latin di Konstantinopel. Ia juga merupakan Count Flandria (dengan nama Baldwin IX) dan Count Hainaut (dengan nama Baldwin VI).
Baldwin merupakan pemimpin penting Perang Salib Keempat, yang berhasil merebut Konstantinopel, menaklukan sebagian Kekaisaran Romawi Timur, dan mendirikan Kekaisaran Latin. Ia kemudian dipilih sebagai kaisar.
Menjelang akhir hayatnya, ia dikalahkan oleh Kaloyan, kaisar Bulgaria, dan ditawan hingga meninggal.
